NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (STRO9700) affecting the Quidenham Road from its junction with Banham Road to its junction with Market Place in the PARISH OF QUIDENHAM to facilitate BT duct and cabling works.
The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) from 25th September to 6th October 2023 for the duration of the works expected to be about 12 days within the period.
Alternative route is via: Market Place, The Butts, Road From The Butts To Quidenham, Kenninghall Road, Footpath Off Kenninghall Road South Of East Harling Primary School, King Street, Market Street, Memorial Green, White Hart Street, Quidenham Road, Eccles Road, Harling Road (Harling, Kenninghall, Quidenham).
If necessary, the restriction could run for a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the Order.
Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance.
